City honours Canadian Forces personnel killed during terror attacks

The Canadian Flag at City Hall has been lowered to half-mast in honour of Canadian Forces reservist, Cpl. Nathan Cirillo, of the Argylls of Canada-91st Canadian Highlanders who was shot in Ottawa October 22 while standing sentry at the National War Memorial and Warrant Officer Patrice Vincent of the Joint Personnel Support Unit at the Integrated Personnel Support Centre who died after being hit by a car during a terror attack in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, October 20.
