Key Points
- Previously, the City lawyer had made application for an appeal and stay of the Comptroller’s Order as directed by Council. The City lawyer will make a further written submission in response to the Comptroller’s lawyer’s submission, which will be completed by June 24.
- Once the City lawyer’s application is received, the EAB will schedule a review of the written submissions of both parties and provide a decision on the City’s application for a stay. The EAB’s decision is expected in early July.
- Members of the public seeking additional information concerning the Colliery Dams are encouraged to visit the Colliery Dams Information page located on the City's website.
