Evening regular meeting will focus on Events Centre

Summary

On Monday, December 19, the Regular Nanaimo City Council meeting taking place at 7:00 pm in the Shaw Auditorium at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre will focus solely on the proposed Events Centre project. Council will be presented with an in-depth feasibility study and the findings from the public engagement process. The Nanaimo Youth Advisory Committee will also provide a presentation.

A Special Council Meeting will be held at 10:00 am in the Service and Resource Centre boardroom to go over agenda items that were moved from the Regular Council meeting.
