City Launches New NanaimoMap!

The City of Nanaimo is excited to announce the preview release of the new NanaimoMap. This new map will be replacing the legacy version of NanaimoMap, which is scheduled to be retired in early 2020.

NanaimoMap is the portal to authoritative information. You can find detailed property information such as addresses, active permits, current zoning and utilities as well as new features like bike lanes, trails and historical aerial imagery. The new version is designed to work intuitively on all screen sizes from smart phones and tablets to large monitors and TVs.

Key Points

We are looking for helpful feedback on the new layout and features before we retire the existing mapping system in January 2020.
The new NanaimoMap is mobile friendly and includes new features such as trails, bike routes and aerial imaging from 1996-current.
