Nanaimo's Biggest & Best New Year's Eve Party Returns

The City of Nanaimo is pleased to once again be hosting its annual premier family New Year's celebration, Finale, on December 31 from 5 to 10 pm at Beban Park. This year's theme is "At the Movies". Participants will walk the red carpet to experience dancing to movie soundtracks, Zumba dancing, crafts, games, contests, bouncy castles, face painting, a visit from Aunti Bobbi, and of course, swimming and skating! Participants are invited to dress up as their favourite movie character for a chance to win some great prizes.

There will be two countdowns. For the younger crowd, we will countdown at 8 pm, and then another one will happen at 10 pm as the event winds down.

Tickets are $10 per person or $32 for a family of five; children two years and under will receive free admission. Tickets can be purchased in advance at the Beban Park Box Office or at the door the night of the event. Don't miss this fun way to bring in 2020. It will be Oscar worthy!
