Description

Pawson Park is one of the longest established parks in Nanaimo. It was named after John Pawson who was a former mayor of Nanaimo from 1880 until 1881.

In 2011 this neighbourhood park saw a great deal of updating thanks to the hard work of the neighbour association. The park now includes an upgraded playground, walking trail, playfield, community garden beds and a collection of public artwork.
