Variances are requested as follows, to facilitate a fenced sports court: - Increase the maximum fence height on the side yard (west) from 2.4m to 3.10m, a variance of 0.70m. - Increase the maximum fence height on the front yard (north) from 1.2m to 4.43m, a variance of 3.23m. - Increase the maximum fence height on the side yard (east) from 2.4m to 4.34m, a variance of 1.94m.
