Partners in Parks

Help make Nanaimo's parks better by volunteering for park improvement projects. Our Partners in Parks Program (PIP) is a public participation program utilizes the talents, skills and energy of community partners to develop, maintain and beautify Nanaimo's parks and trails.

Leadership in Asset Management Program (LAMP)

A unique initiative through the Federation of Canadian Municipalities to strengthen our approach in managing infrastructure that provides community services. The phase 2 portion is a pilot project for neighbourhood parks and trails. Click to learn more.
