Andrew Janusson (Jazz)
Andrew Janusson is an award-winning jazz guitarist from Nanaimo, BC, performing, teaching and touring throughout Canada, and abroad. He graduated with honours from Vancouver Island University in 2009 with a BA in Jazz Performance.

FRIDAY, MAY 30, 6-7 PM AT BOWEN PARK AMPHITHEATRE
Elise Boulanger & Band (Cinematic Indie-Folk)
Elise Boulanger is a sweet darkness wrapped in orchestral instrumentation captivating audiences with her haunting avalanche of a voice. Originally from Vancouver, Boulanger is a bilingual environmental advocate who creates cinematic dreamscapes atop double bass, cello, violin, piano, drums and ukulele.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 11, 6-7 PM AT KINSMEN PARK (DEPARTURE BAY)
NEAVV (Alternative Synth Pop)
NEAVV is an alternative synth pop artist, songwriter and producer with a Master’s degree in Opera performance. Currently based on Gabriola Island, NEAVV’s songs have won international songwriting competitions, been played on Canadian mainstream radio, charted in the top 10 of US college radio and been featured in film and TV shows.
Frustrated by the lack of female music producers in the industry, NEAVV decided to be part of the change, dedicating her time during the pandemic to teaching herself how to produce. NEAVV’s latest single, “Wasted On You” was written, recorded and produced by NEAVV.

Son de Metal (Traditional Mexican & Rock Fusion)
Son de Metal is a bold fusion of traditional Mexican music and rock elements to create the new truly North American Fiesta! Blending a Canadian jazz string section, a Mexican metal bassist, a Jarena, a donkey jaw, mariachi guitars, a cajon player from Madagascar and traditional Mexican stomp dancing for a journey the Island has never seen.

Clanna Morna breathes life into their unique take on the Celtic Folk genre, rooted in the traditional Irish, Scottish and English music that many love and featuring carefully crafted arrangements, rhythmic spirited energy and captivating storytelling. Clanna Morna focuses on telling the stories of those less fortunate throughout history; the rebels, underdogs, women and queer people whose voices were silenced.

TRUTH is the musical project of MJ McGregor, a Vancouver Island-born and raised multi-disciplinary artist, student, and parent. Touching on a range of emotional and personal topics, TRUTH offers a raw, haunting perspective within their musicality with a message of perseverance and hope for those who have been affected by adverse mental health conditions.

Lazy Mike & The Argyle Jets (Rock/Blues)
Lazy Mike Mallon's music style is good rockin' music deeply rooted in traditional blues, specifically early electric blues from the 50s and 60s. He's known for his harmonica playing and soulful vocals, which bring a unique take on classic blues themes. His music is all about keeping the blues alive, keeping the dance floor jumping, and entertaining with a focus on heartfelt, honest performances.

Kevin's Bacon (Classic Rock/90s/Current Rock)
