MyCity Account Access Request

To link an account to your MyCity profile, you’ll need your account number and access code. Just fill out the form below to request them. You’ll need to have a MyCity profile before you can make this request. Not signed up yet? Click here to learn how to create your profile.

Before we can send you the information needed to link an account to your MyCity profile we will need to confirm a few details.  We must be able to verify at least three of your answers in the form. If your mailing address and civic address are the same, that only counts as one.

Please note: Only complete this form if your property is in the City of Nanaimo (jurisdiction 250). If your property is in Nanoose, Lantzville, Cedar, Gabriola, Bowser, or similar areas and you receive services or bills from the Regional District of Nanaimo, your property is not within the City of Nanaimo. To check to see if your property is within the jurisdiction of the City of Nanaimo, go to NanaimoMap and search for your address.

Please include all full legal names as they appear on official documentation such as property assessments notice or property tax notice.

Please provide the month and year you purchased the property (or property ownership changed) in the form MM-YYYY (e.g. 02-2024 for February, 2024).

Please provide the email address associated with your MyCity account. If you don't have one, go to https://mycity.nanaimo.ca and register for one.
