Pre-Authorized Withdrawals - Property Taxes

The City of Nanaimo offers a pre-authorized withdrawal plan (PAWS) for property taxes that helps pre-pay for the upcoming tax year. Installments are withdrawn on the fifteenth (15) of each month.

The plan runs from July to June each year for a total of twelve (12) installments; however, taxpayers can apply at any time. The later in the year you enroll in the plan, the less withdrawals you will have to pre-pay for the upcoming tax year.

Please note: taxes must be paid in full to enroll in the plan.
