Please complete this form if you own property in the City of Nanaimo and you need to update your mailing address. If you are renting in the City of Nanaimo, you would only be required to update your mailing address for Dog Licence and Business Licence accounts. 

Please note: Completing this form does not change the email address for MyCity tax notices and utility bills. To change that email address, log into your MyCity Profile or see Change Your MyCity Profile Email Address.
