If you require a room rental please include the following details (please note that there is an additional fee for the room rental):

• how long you will need the room
• how many people will be attending in the space provided

We do not do set up or take down in the room - there are tables and chairs that you may set up but you must take down at the end of your rental - please make sure you include enough time in your request for your setup and take down.

If you require skate rentals the skate shop can be opened at a cost of $40 per hour for up to 50 people and if there will be more than 50 people a second skate shop attendant will be added for an additional $40 per hour.  Please make sure you include this in your request.

If you would like to have a skate patrol staff on the ice during your skate, they can be hired as well. Please make sure you let us know in advance.
