AAP Form Submissions

You have reached the online submissions page for receiving elector response forms for the City of Nanaimo's alternative approval process (AAP).

Please review all of the information stated on the elector response form prior to completing, signing and submitting your form.

As outlined in Council's Alternative Approval Process Policy (COU-242):

  • Elector response forms must include the original signature of the elector.
  • Elector response forms being submitted electronically through the submission webpage must be submitted as either a scanned copy or a photo of an original signed form.
  • Elector response forms will not be accepted via email.
  • Elector response forms will only be accepted if completed and submitted within the timeline specified for the AAP and must be in the custody of the Corporate Officer by that deadline to be counted.
