Heritage Facade Grants provide funds (up to $10,000 per facade facing on to a city street) to encourage the rehabilitation and enhancement of heritage buildings located in the City's downtown core.  To qualify for funding, buildings must be listed as a significant heritage building in the Downtown Heritage Conservation section of City Plan: Nanaimo ReImagined.

Applications are accepted year-round on a first come, first served basis, by completing the Application Form.
